Shipping & Delivery

Our standard shipping is US Priority Mail which arrives in 2-4 business days. Overnight or other expedited delivery is available via UPS, FedEx or DHL (depending on region of delivery.) Please contact Customer Support Toll Free at 866.628.8667 for details.

Please note that shipping options and associated costs in the shopping cart are for U.S. destinations only. International orders are subject to shipping surcharges and may be shipped via USPS International Priority, DHL, FedEx, or UPS (depending on delivery destination.) Please contact customer support prior to placing your order to learn the exact shipping cost. Otherwise, these costs will be added to your order. Canadian orders may be calculated by visiting and choosing the "calculate International postage" option.

We are not responsible for lost packages. If you suspect your delivery address is not secure, please contact us before placing your order in order for us to make arrangements to ship your package via UPS or FedEx with signature required for delivery. Otherwise, all shipments are via USPS and we make no guarantee for delivery.

For International orders, some countries may charge parcel, excise, VAT or other taxes to your delivery. We are not responsible for these additional charges and the same are the responsibility of the receiving party. You may want to check with your local parcel/mail authority to estimate these charges before placing your order.

All provided customer information is kept secure and private. We do NOT sell, rent, or otherwise convey, ANY information to any other company. All paperwork generated in the procurement of your purchase which contains sensitive information is destroyed according to industry guidelines and requirements. All sensitive information is transmitted via SSL (secure socket layer), encrypted technology. Positive Works is located in the United States.
Returns & Replacements

We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the the item within 30 days of the date of purchase for a prompt credit (you must contact Customer Service BEFORE returning your product to obtain an RMA- Return Merchandize Authorization.) No returns will be accepted without an RMA

If the product was received damaged, or items are missing from your shipment, please contact our office within 3 business days to arrange for replacement. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not responsible for any product damage that occurs during return shipment, nor can we accept crushed, leaking, or soiled bottles. We do not pay for return shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Orders maybe placed via our secure website. We also accept phone orders. If you want to pay by check please contact customer service for details. If you have placed an order, and wish to cancel the same, please immediately contact customer support. If your shipment has already left our warehouse, incurred shipping charges will be charged.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All products may be purchased online via our (SSL) Secure Shopping Cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Charges on your statement will appear as Positive Works.
